Smart Start

The Smart Start program falls under the Kids First Movement and Development Centre and takes place at the Junior Gym (KFMDC) which is on the same premises as the main CG Club gymnastics hall.

The program was developed for children in the age group 6-14 years.  One training session per week is required and the program comprises of five movement themes:

• Rotations
• Supports and Shapes
• Jump and Land
• Hangs and Swings
• Balancing Skills

The above themes constitute the basis of 66 movement skills (Skill cards), which are taught in the 4 Star Levels and comprises of 1200 exercises.
